My role

I led the end-to-end product development of MedNote, a mobile application designed to help users manage their medical records efficiently. My role encompassed Product Strategy, UX/UI Design, MVP Development, and Go-To-Market Planning, ensuring a streamlined and user-focused solution.

Key responsibilities

• Product Strategy & MVP Development — Defined the core features, prioritized functionality, and structured the MVP roadmap to launch with minimal risk.
• Market Research & Validation — Conducted competitive analysis, user research, and hypothesis testing to align the product with market needs.
• UX/UI Design & Prototyping — Designed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI to create an intuitive and accessible user experience.
• Go-To-Market Strategy — Developed the marketing and growth strategy, identified early adopters, and optimized user acquisition efforts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration — Worked closely with developers, stakeholders, and industry experts to align technical execution with business goals.
