About Arthur Zudin
I help companies understand users, simplify complexity, and improve business outcomes through research and product design. Based in Barcelona, Spain.
What I do
Founders and product leaders call me when something is not working — adoption stalls, onboarding fails, support volume climbs, or the team debates without evidence. I find where people struggle, why they leave, and what to fix first.
The work is hands-on. You work directly with me. Engagements combine user interviews, product analysis, data review and validated changes — not slide decks or agency layers.
How I think
Products fail quietly. Users leave without complaining. Support teams absorb confusion that software should prevent. My job is to make the cause visible and the fix prioritised.
I have spent years in regulated and operational software — trucking, fleet management, healthcare, enterprise SaaS — where mistakes have real consequences. That work taught me to validate in the field, not only in meetings.
