GeoProve

Background

GeoProve SaaS is a real-time distributed framework computing raw technical data derived from operators’ networks and transforming them to insights.

This software Big Data platform computes customer insights and detects individual engagement opportunities in real time to trigger actions and communications. A rich segmentation based on movement patterns, marketing criteria, etc. allows immediate data enrichment by cross-referencing with additional correlated data sets. These data can be easily computed on the fly to enrich analysis and targeting.

What I did

I worked on information architecture, prototyping, UX and UI design, and visual communication — structuring a complex Big Data product so operators could understand segmentation, enrichment, and real-time triggering without learning the underlying framework.

Outcome

The platform could present computed insights and engagement opportunities in a form suited to operational decision-making — supporting real-time action rather than static reporting alone.
